Two weeks together this week. I was on vacation for last week’s weigh-in. I did eat and break the fast on vacation. I need to every now and then just to feel like I can continue on. I did gain weight when I got back (about 4-5 lbs.) which I was not happy about. I thought I ate pretty well and did not eat terrible stuff. I stuck mostly to protein and veggies. I think part of it was water because in a few days it was all gone. So in the next week I was able to resume my weight loss. In total, I was happy with the two-week total.

Excellent work. The vacation gain was necessary. I believe cheats are an important part of sticking to a diet long-term.
