Hit the wall?  Maybe. But I think it will return. My thought is that it is that time of the year.  Kids going back to school.  Busy with the stock market falling apart.  The economy going into another recession — good thing — wait about 3 weeks and the gas prices are going to fall hard. Maybe I am swelling with the heat.  I am getting close to a big number (under 300 in weight and 150 lost) and maybe the stress of that.  Who knows? No matter what the excuse is — the weight loss is just plain hard in August.  I can’t wait for September!

    Looking at your past weeks there seems to be a downward trend with an occasional spike. I wouldn’t worry too much about it. I guess it has to slow up. -3.4 in a week is still not too shabby. Keep it up, you’re overall loss/weeks is amazing!

  2. I know it makes it easier when the loss each week is more! Mine last week was a measly pound and a half, but I know there’s all kinds of reasons why the numbers go up and down a bit. I wouldn’t worry yet! You are doing fantastic.

  3. The sad fact is that given the massive amount you have lost, the slower it will come off. 😀

    For someone that has been on a diet as long as you have 3.4 pounds is still a fantastic weekly rate.

    Just put on those old sweat pants from the first pic to get a real good picture of how far you have come.
