Weigh-In — End of Week 23

My body just does not want to give up the 300 lb. mark.  I am going to keep working hard on it but I think it is a set point.  I will have 50 lbs. to go after that. I know the weight loss will slow and I am really happy to be continuing to lose 3 lbs. a week. I think one week my body will just let it all go and then the drop will happen.  I need pants. I keep trying to hold off until I reach goal but I really am down to nothing to wear.

This week is -3.0 lbs.

    Man, You are doing so well. Go get you some pants that are tight, not completely comfortable, that way they will last until you reach that 50 more pounds you have to go. You have fallen so far at this time buddy you are gonna have to break down and by a pair of pants or two. You can get by on the shirts–badly I might add–but the trousers are a different matter all together.

  2. Hmmmm. You have now passed me in total weight lost since I have packed 10 pounds back on since last week. 😦

    Wow! You are doing an amazing job and you are about to crack the 300 barrier.
