Slow going but still heading in the right direction.  I have not concentrated on it as much as I should. But I am back on and motivated. The scale keeps heading down.  What more can I ask for? The increase in exercise and the maintenance of food is slowing things down.  I am thinking of going back on the full fast for a week or so just to jump-start my weight loss.  45 lbs. to goal and counting!
