I did not gain or lose anything.  Which is fine.  I had that big week last week.  I did not do the picture because what is there to show…?  Ha Ha.  Really.  Did not do anything wrong but had a good healthy food week.  The exercise was slow because of the weather.  So back to it this week!

  1. It happens. I’ve told you that the weight would drastically slow at some point. I’m still not sure how you had such a huge drop last week. Might be you were a little dehydrated and this week your body held on to the water which negated any loss.

    You can’t tell me that looking at the two side photos that you can’t see a massive change! I just don’t buy it. 😛

    Even without a loss, it is just amazing that you have dropped 160. 😀
