The Challenge…. Two weeks and no weight loss.  Not really dieting.  Just maintaining.  I still have 50 lbs. to go.  So here is my challenge to all of you.  I am getting busy this week and on the way to Thanksgiving.  I Challenge you to join me and we will work hard together to get some weight off prior to Turkey Day.  I will do it — if you do it…  Here we go…

    Of course being different weights, I challenge you to see who can lose the highest overall % in the time frame set forth. Current weight 167.7.

    Just inquiring- at this stage, are you on partial program or full fast? Keep up the good job.

    • Sorry about the long delay in getting back to you. I am completely done with the program but I have 50 lbs. more to lose. I am doing a modified fast right now and that basically is Week 3 of Transition in the Optifast book. I plan on doing this for 25 lbs. and then discussing with my Optifast doctor about going back on full fast for the last 25 lbs. Hope this helps.

    Hahaha! Grumpy — just read you were trying to sign me up. I just might be up for a challenge with Mr.-I-lose-weight-like-Shonnie-spills-her-water. I think I would probably lose, but it would be worth a shot — so how do I do this???

    • Hey guys… I have been doing football with the kids and with myself.
      My team is going to the National Championship in Miami in January — (See http://www.sunshinebowlex.com)
      We are listed under the 3A Nationals.

      I have also been working hard on the Challenge and did lose weight this week.
      I don’t think we formalized anything…
      Basically you do the best you can until Thanksgiving and we see who got the most %-age off by Turkey Day.

        Game on. I started back on my program of watching my food and lowering my exercise–mostly because of my neck. 😀 Let’s push ta Goal. 😀
