The Turkey Challenge is on…. I have been working hard on getting back on track.  I lowered my exercise and I concentrated on what I am putting in my body.  I really want to get 1/2 way to my total goal by Thanksgiving.  So with each day I am thinking and making good choices and am motivated to get it done.  Come on guys… Join me in getting a little off before we get to the big festivals of eating!
