Week 2 of Year 2.

Still headed in the right direction.  Tough week. Spent much of the time thinking about dieting and how I hated being in this position.  Maybe that is good.  Only real determination and pain will make me remember how hard it was to get this weight off.  It was a good week with the family and such. My son is busy with Lacrosse and Flag Football. My daughter had All-State Chorus.  Lots of driving around.  But I found time to walk and think.  So tough for weight loss but a good solid week of living.  — Southern Style of course!.

Week 2 of Year 2.

There are two things I learned this week —

1. Journaling (Keeping a Diet Diary) is important for weight loss.

2. Keeping up with my blog — basically owning up to my week in weight — helps you lose weight.

 

Throw out your Diet Diary and stop blogging and you will gain weight… Also, a healthy portion of alcohol helps too!

You can’t lose weight on alcohol.  You just can’t.  Those handcrafted micro brews —- ahhhh, I should stop now.

 

It was a good week.  Week 2 and I continue on my journey towards a new record and towards my goal.

It is a new year as I completed one year on my weight loss odyssey on 3/1.

I have gained weight and have been playing around enough.  I have heard you guys and your encouragement.

I will try to post more interesting things and I will of course start doing a weigh-in again.

The summer is coming and my new thong bathing suit sits in my closet waiting.
